Brown Bag Lunch
Washoe County School District Superintendent Heath Morrison will host informal Brown Bag Lunches throughout the year to provide parents, business and community members an opportunity to ask questions or address concerns regarding the school district. The Brown Bag Lunches will be held in neighborhood locations to accommodate families in Washoe County.
Wednesday, September 2nd- 12 noon to 1 p.m. - WCSD Brown Center - 14101 Old Virginia Road, Reno - nearest cross street Damonte Ranch Parkway
Tuesday, September 8th - 12 noon to 1 p.m. - Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation - 948 Incline Way, Incline Village
Wednesday, November 18th- 12 noon to 1 p.m. - National Automobile Museum - 10 South Lake Street, Reno
Wednesday, January 6th- 12 noon to 1 p.m. - Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows - 2680 East Ninth Street, Reno
Wednesday, February 3rd- 12 noon to 1 p.m. - Neil Road Recreation Center - 3925 Neil Road, Reno
Wednesday, March 3rd- 12 noon to 1 p.m. - McKinley Arts & Culture Center - 925 Riverside Drive, Reno
Wednesday, April 7th- 12 noon to 1 p.m. - Sun Valley Neighborhood Center - 115 West 6th Street (next to the Sun Valley Pool), Sun Valley
Wednesday, May 5th- 12 noon to 1 p.m. - location TBD
Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch. Drinks and dessert are sponsored by Silver State Credit Union. Interpretation in Spanish will also be available.
